Anguilla, an island nation located in the Eastern Caribbean, East of Puerto Rico. Formerly part of a single British Dependency along with St. Kitts and Nevis, Anguilla was formally recognized in 1980 as a seperate British Dependency and is one of nine members of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States. It lies between the North Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea with a year-round climate that's classified as Tropical. The oficial language is English and uses the English Common Law model which hold fiduciary duties to a more conservative standard that the US or Canada. Anguilla is a British Overseas Territory with H.M.Queen Elizabeth II as monarch.
